1. Product introduction:
JXUF51 ultrafiltration membrane is a capillary hollow fibre membrane, which is a kind of polymer material membrane, it is a kind of separation product without phase change. The modified PVDF material used in this product has good water permeability, mechanical properties, chemical resistance and anti-pollution ability.
The membrane module is installed with hollow membrane filament with inner diameter of 0.8mm and outer diameter of 1.3mm. The filtration method is out-side in, the raw water is driven by the pressure difference and enters into the inner part of the hollow filament, and permeates through the hollow filament along the radial direction from the inside to the outside.
That is, the raw water is driven by the pressure difference, enters the outside of the hollow wire, and penetrates through the hollow wire along the radial direction from the outside to the inside, so that various harmful substances such as bacteria, colloids, suspended substances and microorganisms in the raw water can be filtered.
2. Application:
● Mineral water, mountain spring water and other sterile liquid preparation;
● Drinking treatment of tap water surface water, well water and river water;
● Pre-treatment of RO reverse osmosis device;
● Industrial wastewater treatment, recycling and utilization.

A security filter of less than 50 microns is added before the water intake to prevent the machine from being clogged by large particles in the raw water.
