Shortage of goods

1.The number of goods will be confirmed before shipping to make sure there is no shortage. If there is any shortage happens, we will first discuss with clients before shipping.
2.lf ok, then payment will be reduced and boxes will be sent.
3.lf not ok, reorder from sales department will be place to the workshop and finish the production soonest.

Damage of goods

We can guarantee the goods in good condition after our QC. But if there is any damage happened during transport, we can deliver the damage parts in next shipment.
lf the goods are damaged a lot, we will discuss it with the clients to figure out the reason and make amends.

Problem of goods

lf there are some problems of the goods, we will provide the solution and keep following up.
QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY

Warranty period: 1-5 years

Our company provides a warranty period of1- 5 years. During this period, our company is responsible for video or telephone maintenance and debugging due to product quality problems under normal operating conditions.
 

Product damage caused by improper use

If the product is damaged due to improper use by customers, in line with the principle of solving the problem for the customer to the greatest extent, after consultation between the two parties, the maintenance task can be completed in a timely and effective manner.

After delivery and usage

After the membrane modules are delivered for use, our company will provide tracking services for the products. Our company will supply professional service by video or telephone for return visits every year. If there is a quality problem with the membrane module, we guarantee that after receiving any form of notification from the user, we will respond within 24 hours, and complete the repair or replacement within 48 hours to completely solve the failure.

During the on-site service

During the on-site service, the after-sales service personnel shall organize and implement the plan confirmed by both parties. After the service is completed, the buyer shall be asked to check and approve the project, and sign opinions on the "After-sales Service Contact Sheet". The specific requirements and improvement suggestions of our company's product quality and service quality.
