JX UF membrane is a kind of membrane with separation function, which can filter out impurities such as suspended solids, colloids and macromolecules in pharmaceutical wastewater, and at the same time retain useful substances such as small molecules of organic matter and inorganic salts in water. In pharmaceutical wastewater treatment, ultrafiltration membrane can be used as a pretreatment process to remove suspended solids and macromolecular organic matter in wastewater and improve the efficiency of subsequent treatment processes.
Specifically, the application of JX ultrafiltration membrane in pharmaceutical wastewater treatment includes the following aspects:
1. Removal of suspended solids: pharmaceutical wastewater contains a large number of suspended solids, such as cellular debris, proteins, polysaccharides, etc., which will adversely affect the subsequent treatment process. Through the filtration effect of ultrafiltration membrane, it can effectively remove suspended solids in wastewater and improve the clarification of wastewater.
2. Removal of macromolecular organic matter: pharmaceutical wastewater contains a large number of macromolecular organic matter, such as proteins, polysaccharides, etc., which are difficult to be degraded by biological treatment processes. Through the filtration effect of ultrafiltration membrane, these macromolecules can be retained on the membrane surface, thus improving the biochemistry of wastewater.
3. Recovery of useful substances: pharmaceutical wastewater contains some useful substances, such as antibiotics, vitamins, etc., which can be recovered and reused through the filtration effect of ultrafiltration membranes, thereby reducing wastewater emissions and treatment costs.
It should be noted that the application of ultrafiltration membrane in pharmaceutical wastewater treatment needs to be selected and designed according to the nature of the wastewater and treatment requirements, and at the same time, the membrane needs to be cleaned and maintained regularly to ensure the separation effect and service life of the membrane.
