Performance characteristics and specification of JX -8040 nanofilter
membrane element
JXNF-8040 series coil nanofiltration membrane is an ultra-low pressure aromatic polyamide composite membrane element developed by JX Company for tap water (or raw water that meets the standard of drinking water quality). According to their desalination effect, they were classified into JX40-8040, JX70-8040, and JX90-8040.
The membrane has a high removal effect on total organic carbon and toxic and harmful substances in water, such as pesticides, herbicides, trihalogenane precursors. The desalination rate of monovalent ions is relatively low, only 70-80 %, so it can partially retain the beneficial components in the water.
Main use : it is mainly used in the pure water system of communities, organs,
schools and so on, especially widely used in the quality water supply and pipeline direct drinking water system.

★ matters need attention :
● The water yield listed in Table is the average, and the water yield error of the single root membrane element is within 15%.
● The test condition is not the best use condition, specific please consult our technical personnel.Before starting the RO system, the system pre-processing and debugging, membrane element filling, instrument calibration and other system detection should be completed.
● The water of membrane element shall rise gradually, and the time to normal operation shall not be less than 60 seconds.
● The new film should be washed at low pressure for more than two hours, and RO pure water should be discharged.
● Be careful to avoid generating back pressure on the water side of the product.
● All membrane components have been strictly tested before leaving the factory, and use the special protective liquid for storage, vacuum packaging, the outer packaging is hard carton.
