JX purification team recently completed a successful collaboration with a customer in Turkey for a gray water treatment project. The customer was dealing with gray water, which in their region is equivalent to domestic sewage in China, and needed an efficient solution for water treatment with a capacity of 3-5 tons per day.
Initially, the customer had been using membrane modules from a well-known German brand, Micro Clear, with the model FILTER HOUSING MB2-M. However, the cost of these components was 2-3 higher than our offering, making our membrane modules an attractive alternative.

We proposed our 12 and 24 square meter flat membrane modules, which have a pore size of 0.04 microns, ideal for the customer's needs. These smaller flat membrane modules are highly popular in the Turkish market. Over the course of a month, we provided extensive technical support, addressing key challenges such as customizing the size of the membrane modules, optimizing backwashing times, and delivering detailed technical drawings tailored to the customer’s requirements.
