2 | If the film material is a wet film, the protective liquid is mainly water, which mainly acts as a moisturising agent, and may also contain a small amount of chemical ingredients that inhibit the growth of bacteria. For the initial action, please rinse for 10 minutes before use; |

5. UF6040(PP)-UPVC Module structure and dimension
This product is an external pressure type ultrafiltration membrane module. According to the direction of the arrows on the outer wall of the membrane module, the reverse of the arrow is the inlet end of the primary liquid, which is located in the centre of the head cap; the (centre) port pointed to by the arrow is the ultrafiltration outlet end, while the port next to it is the ultrafiltration concentration discharge outlet.
This product is flushed downward: defined as the method of flushing downward from the upper concentration discharge (reflux) port. It can be flushed with normal water to remove contaminants from the membrane module, and has a general effect of restoring the permeability.
Backwashing: Defined as a downward flushing method from the ultrafiltration outlet. The cleaning is done from the inside of the membrane's hollow hole to the outside, which can effectively restore the membrane's permeability, but the flushing liquid must be pure water or ultrafiltration liquid;
This product can be installed vertically or horizontally in the installation design. However, it should be ensured that: the residual liquid coating inside the membrane module can be fully excluded during flushing; if gas-water backflushing is carried out, the exclusion of gas should be considered.
6. External pressure ultrafiltration membrane filtration, backwash, air-water backwash reference
This product can be used in parallel with a single ultrafiltration membrane or multiple ultrafiltration membranes. When used in parallel, the flow rate of the inlet needs to be doubled; if "ultrafiltration - smooth flushing - backwashing - ultrafiltration" automatic control and timing switching can be realised, the service life of the membrane can be greatly improved. If "ultrafiltration - smooth flush - backwash - ultrafiltration" can be automatically controlled and switched at regular intervals, the service life of membrane can be greatly improved.
