External Tubular Membrane System TMBR And Ultrafiltration Mutitubular Bundled Membrane

The diameter of membrane cores have 6 mm, 8mm, 12mm, 25mm and etc. MWCO is 5000 to 250000. It has many advantages  such as excellent  intensity, anti-pollution, anti-oxidation, anti-acid and anti-alkali. pH is 2-12, clear water flux is up to 650 L/㎡.h.Working pressure is up to 10 bar, the operating temperature is up to 100℃， the lifetime could be to 5 years.

External TMBR is combination process of biological and membrane filtration, which is including bio-chemical system and external ultrafiltration membrane system. The dissolved and suspended organism in wastewater of bioreactor is decomposed to CO2 and water by microorganism. The tubular membrane make the purified water separate from mixed to get UF permeate, the concentrate is back to the bio-reactor.

External TMBR is different from the conventional MBR system. The former process is installed external bio-reactor so that it save cost, time and human investment.
