The project was put into operation in December 2017 and has been running for more than 3 years so far. Doing the daily maintenance work during the use of MBR membrane can ensure its normal and stable operation, prolong the service life of membrane modules and reduce the operating cost of membrane bioreactor.

1. Characteristics of electroplating wastewater

(1) Many water production points

The production process of electroplating line is long, generally there are 5-15 cleaning water discharge points in a line, and 10-30 discharge points if high concentration waste liquid is taken into account.

The biggest problem caused by many water production points is the difficulty of control, water quality fluctuations or poor treatment effect, without the assistance of technical means, it is difficult to find the source of the problem in a short period of time.

(2) Pollutants mixed

The pollutant composition of each water production point is different, because of different degreasing agents, may contain acid, alkali, grease, etc.; because of different substrates, may contain iron, copper, aluminum, magnesium, chromium, nickel, etc.; because of different types of plating, may contain other characteristics of pollutants; pollutants mixed lead to the biggest problem is the difficulty of diversion, which will easily lead to increased difficulty in subsequent treatment, total nickel, total phosphorus and other indicators exceeded.

(3) Large amount of waste liquid

The electroplating waste liquid is generated irregularly and discharged intermittently, once a certain waste liquid is discharged into the wastewater station instantly, it will lead to several times or even dozens of times fluctuation of water quality and exceed the treatment capacity of the wastewater station.
