Why do I always have problems with the reverse osmosis equipment I buy from China?

Recently, with the increase in sales of our reverse osmosis equipment, we have encountered some customer feedback after-sales problems.

Reverse osmosis equipment is the most common several after-sales problems, I summarized a few points when dealing with after-sales problems for customers, to facilitate our users to pay attention to these in the later use of the equipment, to avoid incorrect operation affects the service life of the equipment.

1. The quality of raw water suddenly deteriorated, the customer did not find in time. Waiting for the discovery of the safety filter inside the PP cotton has been blocked all over the face. The customer should see a sudden decrease in water production before going to check.

What did the customer do?  The pressure gauge and flow meter on our equipment are to monitor the operation of the whole equipment. When you find that the pressure gauge value of the safety filtration is too large, please make sure to check the condition of the safety filter cartridge at this time. We all know that the filter cartridge needs to be renewed in time, and the PP cotton needs to be renewed in 1 month when the water quality is poor.

Please force-flush the first three pretreatment tanks 3-4 times. If the water volume is still low, you can only replace the filter media.

1. The solenoid valve is broken, some customers will disassemble the solenoid valve by themselves to check. This will lead to water inside the solenoid valve, and the device is not fully waterproof. So please contact us for troubleshooting before dismantling the parts, maybe it takes some time. But this is the safest.

2. The thick water valve is not adjusted in time, resulting in very large thick water in the equipment. The thick water valve at the back of the equipment is to adjust the wastewater ratio of the equipment. Thick water valve remember to timely adjust to the previous pressure is generally 0.7-0.8 or so.

3. Some customers ask how your equipment has a valve leakage?

Our equipment is pressurized, and this outlet valve we're going to call the bleeder valve. When the pressure of the system is too high, this place is to discharge the pressure.  

What can the customer do?  If there is a leak, use a tool to turn the spool from side to side to loosen it.  It may be that this place is blocked.

1. When the precision filter of our system can not pass the water, it means that the water in front of the water did not come over, if you try the above methods, still low water production, then you can only replace the filter media.

2. equipment of the ultraviolet how bad, the power light is bright, but the ultraviolet bulb can not work. Due to the maintenance of the equipment, often frequently start the equipment led to bulb damage.  This is the reason.

Summarize the feedback from several customers, I found that the equipment in the past when we video debugging is normal, but after a few months after the equipment began to have some problems. Of course, we can't know how to use the customer in the middle.

First of all, the reverse osmosis equipment feed water is required, which means that your water quality if too poor such as too much sediment, TDS value is too high, high conductivity, the equipment is easy to plug.

Secondly, in several customers side we found that the voltage is unstable, the system is more prone to failure, once a customer is the controller panel is bad. The customer thought it was a quality problem, after we communicated and found that the local voltage is not stable, resulting in damage to the controller.   If the voltage is not stable, please make sure to install a voltage regulator.
