What is the history of MBR products in the world ?

In 1966, Dorr Oliver Company in the United States first used MBR for wastewater treatment research.

In 1968, Smith and others will be ultrafiltration membrane and aerobic activated sludge combined to form the MBR system.

In the 1970s, countries began the in-depth study of membrane bioreactor process.

In 1982, Canada's Zenon (Zenon) Environmental Corporation launched the ZenonGem commercialized products into the market.

In the early 1990s, the Japanese government to promote the "90's water reuse program", so that MBR technology in Japan to develop rapidly. During this period, Kubota introduced the submerged MBR flat panel module.

In the late 1990s, submerged MBR process technology gradually became mainstream.

I am also curious about when the MBR industry in China started and what changes it has gone through.

China's scientific and technological community began to introduce and study the MBR process in 1991-1995, and in 1998 the first 200T/D MBR process water reuse plant was built in Dalian. 2001, China launched the policy of membrane industrialization. 2003-2004, the application of MBR at the scale of thousands of tons per day began. In 2001, China launched a membrane industrialization policy, and in 2003-2004, MBRs with a capacity of several thousand tons per day began to be applied, mainly in the field of petrochemical wastewater treatment.

From 2006 to 2011, MBR projects with a scale of more than 10,000 tons per day began to be applied in both municipal and industrial wastewater treatment fields.

From 2011 to now, MBR projects of tens or even hundreds of thousands of tons per day have been widely used.

Next, I would like to introduce our factory, as one of the earliest batch of MBR membrane products in China. Our factory has a heavy responsibility. We have to maintain the quality of our products in a competitive environment, and we also have to consider all the costs of the company to reduce costs and increase efficiency. At the same time, we have to keep researching and developing new materials to face the future development and changes.

Our factory, JX PURIFICATION, was established in 2001, when our company's chairman joined the MBR membrane R&D business right after he graduated from the university, majoring in materials. The first ultrafiltration membrane in China came from the north of China.

People who have been in this industry should know more or less that Canada Zenon later sold the MBR products under the brand to GE, GE sold the products to SUEZ, SUEZ sold the products to the current VEOLIA.

In 2012, our factory started to research and develop the membrane filament that can match the 500D products. Since 2001, China started to launch the industrialization of membrane, and a lot of enterprises started to research and produce MBR membranes, and our factory is the earliest batch engaged in the production of membrane manufacturing. After 20 years of development. At present, the factory's membrane filament can be completely benchmarked against the 500D membrane filament, and the production of membrane sheets can completely replace the 500D membrane sheets. Just last year, we also designed and manufactured indirect aeration system, the product has been successfully applied in large-scale oil refineries, as well as end-users in the pesticide industry. Our industrial development in China started late, fast development, the process will inevitably make some mistakes. 2. Customers who have the need to replace the whole membrane module do not need to be obsessed with the size must be exactly the same. Frankly speaking, membrane module products are not machined parts products, all the dimensions must be seamless, as long as your membrane pool can be put down on the normal use. When you build your pool, the dimensions cannot be split hairs. Our width and length are the same as the 500D, only the height has a slight difference, but it does not affect the normal operation of the membrane module.

3.
